A buffet dinner in Singapore
It was the first time here in Singapore that I had enjoyed a buffet dinner like tonight. The restaurant is located near Jurong East MRT interchange, and it cost 28SGD for a dinner there, which started at 6:00 PM.
In Singapore, I tried several food courts, but only a few of the food stalls tasted good. The others sound a bit boring. But tonight is somehow different. The food in the buffet restaurant is tasty, including Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines.
I love to come to Japan for study, however, I may have to get familiar with Japanese food. Sushi is no problem, since it comprises of rice and a little bit fish and vegetables. I also love Japanese fried kwayteow (I had it in Vietnam, but do not remember its Japanese name). But the Japanese fish which looks red is not fit me, and I felt it hard to eat.
So, Chinese food is always the best for me. I had a lot of dim-sum, like siew mai, bao, and bak kut teh, which must be twice as much as my daily dinner meal.
Anyway, it’s a beautiful Sunday night in Singapore. I really enjoyed it. Next week, I will be back to Vietnam for a big challenge. Go and get it!
